Back2Study is an education consultancy that provides guidance and support to individuals seeking admission to higher education institutions.

We act as an intermediary between students and partner universities/colleges.

2. Nature of Our Services

We provide:

  • Course and university guidance

  • Application assistance

  • Document review and submission support

  • Interview and assessment preparation

  • Student finance application assistance

We do not provide education directly and are not an academic institution.

3. No Guarantee of Admission or Outcome

Back2Study does not guarantee:

  • Admission into any institution

  • Approval of student finance

  • Visa approvals or academic outcomes

All decisions are made solely by the relevant institutions or authorities.

4. Student Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

  • All final decisions regarding course selection and enrolment are made by you

  • You are responsible for verifying the suitability of any course or institution

  • You must ensure all information and documents provided are accurate and complete

Back2Study is not responsible for decisions made based on incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

5. Independent Decision-Making

While we provide guidance and recommendations, all choices are made voluntarily by you.

You confirm that:

  • You are not under any obligation to accept any recommendation

  • You have had the opportunity to ask questions and seek clarification

  • You have made an informed decision before proceeding with any application

6. Communication and Follow-Up

By engaging with our services, you agree that:

  • We may contact you via phone, email, and WhatsApp

  • We may follow up multiple times regarding your enquiry or application

Such communication is part of our service and support process and is not intended to pressure or influence your decision.

You may request to stop communications at any time.

7. Student Finance Assistance

Where requested, we may assist with student finance applications.

You acknowledge that:

  • We provide guidance and administrative support only

  • Any access to your student finance account is provided voluntarily by you

  • You remain responsible for all submissions and declarations

  • We do not guarantee approval of funding

Back2Study is not liable for decisions made by Student Finance England or any funding body.

8. Data Protection

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you consent to:

  • The collection and use of your data for application and support purposes

  • Sharing your data with partner institutions and relevant authorities

9. Third-Party Institutions

We work with multiple partner universities and colleges.

You acknowledge that:

  • Each institution operates independently

  • Back2Study has no control over their decisions, policies, or processes

  • Any issues related to academic delivery must be addressed with the institution directly

10. Fees and Commission

In most cases, our counselling and application support services are provided free of charge.

However, where a student successfully enrols at a partner institution through Back2Study, a processing fee in the range of £200–£230 may be charged for services rendered, including application handling, documentation support, and administrative assistance.

Any applicable fee will be clearly communicated to you before enrolment, and no fee will be charged without your prior knowledge.

We may also receive commission from partner institutions for successful referrals. This does not affect the advice provided to you.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Back2Study shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from your use of our services

  • We are not responsible for decisions made by universities, funding bodies, or third parties

  • We are not liable for any loss resulting from delays, rejections, or changes in circumstances
