We act as an intermediary between students and partner universities/colleges.
We provide:
Course and university guidance
Application assistance
Document review and submission support
Interview and assessment preparation
Student finance application assistance
We do not provide education directly and are not an academic institution.
Back2Study does not guarantee:
Admission into any institution
Approval of student finance
Visa approvals or academic outcomes
All decisions are made solely by the relevant institutions or authorities.
You acknowledge that:
All final decisions regarding course selection and enrolment are made by you
You are responsible for verifying the suitability of any course or institution
You must ensure all information and documents provided are accurate and complete
Back2Study is not responsible for decisions made based on incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
While we provide guidance and recommendations, all choices are made voluntarily by you.

You are not under any obligation to accept any recommendation
You have had the opportunity to ask questions and seek clarification

Any access to your student finance account is provided voluntarily by you

Back2Study is not liable for decisions made by Student Finance England or any funding body.

Each institution operates independently
Back2Study has no control over their decisions, policies, or processes
Any issues related to academic delivery must be addressed with the institution directly
In most cases, our counselling and application support services are provided free of charge.
However, where a student successfully enrols at a partner institution through Back2Study, a processing fee in the range of £200–£230 may be charged for services rendered, including application handling, documentation support, and administrative assistance.
Any applicable fee will be clearly communicated to you before enrolment, and no fee will be charged without your prior knowledge.
We may also receive commission from partner institutions for successful referrals. This does not affect the advice provided to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Back2Study shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from your use of our services
We are not responsible for decisions made by universities, funding bodies, or third parties
We are not liable for any loss resulting from delays, rejections, or changes in circumstances
